2. What Personal Data do we process?
Ragolle Rugs processes your Personal Data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Ragolle Rugs processes Personal Data of natural persons with whom we have, have had or wish to have a direct or indirect relationship. This, therefore, concerns both the Personal Data of the contact persons specified by our customers and suppliers, but also the contact persons at our potential customers and the Personal Data of potential employees.

Ragolle Rugs does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We, therefore, advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Ragolle Rugs only processes the Personal Data that are necessary to efficiently contact our customers and suppliers. For that reason, simple contact details are kept of our contacts at customers and suppliers. This is part of our legitimate interest, in particular efficient business operations.
It happens that we are contacted by candidate employees. It is in our legitimate interest to keep the data of candidate employees for a limited time. If we decide not to withhold your candidacy, we will always ask for your permission, if we wish to keep your data longer with a view to our recruitment reserve. In the context of the general security of the company premises, Ragolle Rugs uses camera surveillance. It is in the legitimate interest of Ragolle Rugs to process such Personal Data, but this is always done in accordance with the Belgian CCTV Legislation.

Ragolle Rugs does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it, if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
