HR Officer

As an HR Officer at Ragolle Rugs, you are the linchpin in the daily HR activities and in fostering a positive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the personnel administration of workers from A to Z
Maintaining personnel files and ensuring accuracy and completeness of HR-related documentation
Processing the payroll of workers
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
Conducting recruitment and selection procedures, including creating job vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
Managing the onboarding process for new employees
Contributing to the personnel development process by coordinating training programs and supporting employees in their professional development
Coordinating HR-related events and initiatives to enhance team spirit and engagement
Handling internal communication within the company
Assisting in resolving employee issues and providing HR advice to management
Maintaining contacts with external HR advisors and service providers

PROFILE

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
You have relevant experience in a similar role
You have the ability to manage tasks in an organized, accurate, and goal-oriented manner
You possess effective oral and written communication skills
You can empathize with the needs and concerns of employees
You are able to solve problems effectively
You act with integrity and honesty
You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization
You can work independently and have a proactive attitude
You have a hands-on mentality
You are fluent in French and English
